Live fire cooking for any type of event!
Whatever the event we can bring the theatre and excitement of live fire cooking! This could be an all vegetarian or vegan affair or even whole animal, we are big fans of root to shoot and nose to tail! Get in touch to discuss your ideas! Very popular for large parties and weddings!
Teaching and Cookery Experiences
I currently teach alongside the NHS helping people with type 2 diabetes learn how to change their approach to food. I also work with younger people with additional needs to help them get hands on in the kitchen. I also curate bespoke cookery experiences for groups and families.
Feasts, Supperclubs & Pop Ups
After setting The CandleStick Maker supperclub from our flat in london many moons ago, we continue to look for amazing and unique spaces to hold dinners. We are on the look out in Stroud so if you know somewhere or would like to host or would just like to come along then say hello! Currently have monthly public events at Stroud Brewery and Copsegrove Farm in Bisley.
