Live fire cooking
Whatever the event we can bring the theatre and excitement of live fire cooking! This could be an all vegetarian or vegan affair or even whole animal, we are big fans of root to shoot and nose to tail! Get in touch to discuss your ideas! Very popular for large parties and weddings!
Weddings

Our team of passionate chefs who love creating fresh, delicious meals that fit your style—whether that’s a cozy family-style dinner or an upscale plated menu. We’ll work with you to build something that feels personal and tastes amazing, so you can relax, celebrate, and enjoy every bite. We can serve up to 300 guests.
Feast nights
After setting The CandleStick Maker supperclub from our flat in london many moons ago, we continue to look for amazing and unique spaces to hold dinners. We are on the look out in Stroud so if you know somewhere or would like to host or would just like to come along then say hello! Currently have monthly public events at Stroud Brewery and Copsegrove Farm in Bisley.
Teaching & EXPERIENCES
Learn the essential techniques and knowledge every chef needs to begin cooking confidently at home or in a professional kitchen. Our courses covers everything from knife skills, cooking methods, seasoning, meal prep, and plating, through to perfecting your speciality dish.
Classes usually are between 2-4 hrs.
Pop ups
The Family Meal brings the restaurant experience to you with fully customisable pop-up stalls, perfect for private events, festivals, and corporate gatherings. Enjoy a tailored menu, mobile bar with custom cocktails, live cooking stations, dessert carts, and even a barista coffee setup. Stylish, seamless, and unforgettable. "Hen Do FOOD Heaven"
Ian cooked a meal for a hen do I organised and Rosie did the service and made the table look amazing. They were both such lovely people to have in the house for the event and were flexible around us.
